The goal of the Sheffield Technology Department is to provide exceptional service to all the stakeholders of the district. We are always looking for ways to improve and make things easier for you to concentrate on the task of education. We are moving our technology service tickets to a program called FreshDesk. I think you will like the simplicity of this program for sending us help requests and tracking the progress of tickets already submitted. I have created a help video below to show you how to submit tech service tickets and I hope this make the process easier for you. In addition to the FreshDesk App there are two other ways to submit a ticket.
- Use the link on the district homepage, under STAFF, called Freshdesk Service Request. You will need to then login with your sslcs.org account (unless you already are logged in) and it will take you directly to the FreshDesk interface.
- You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from your sslcs.org account (it has to be from an sslcs.org account) and a ticket will be automatically generated for you. Just make sure to always include the school name and room number and be as descriptive as possible.
