"Shine your Smile Day" is coming October 28, 2021

Forestlawn Early Learning Center is hosting Smile Programs... the mobile dentists on October 28, 2021

We have invited the Smile Programs…the mobile dentists to coordinate on-site dental care at our school because we know how important taking care of your children’s teeth is to keeping them healthy. Best of all, your child can receive dental care at NO COST TO YOU, as Medicaid, CHIP and most other insurances cover 100% of prevention treatment.
Signing up your children to see the mobile dental team is an easy & convenient way for them to get necessary dental care. If you want your child to see the dentist on “Shine Your Smile Day,” all you have to do is fill out the dental permission slip and return it to the school.

2021-22 School Year: School Fees

The Ohio Department of Education has extended the FREE breakfast/lunch program for ALL students for the 2021-22 school year.  All students will be eligible for a FREE, healthy, and delicious breakfast/lunch through the National School Lunch Program.

The free/reduced lunch application is a tool used to determine if a student(s) is eligible for having school fees waived if they qualify. We ask that parents/guardians who feel they may qualify to complete the free/reduced lunch application.  Again, this will not affect the free breakfast/lunch for all students.   This will determine whether student fees will be waived.  The application can be located on the District website: Parent tab - Forms & More:  2021-22 Free/Reduced Lunch Application or please click here.
